Teamkilling to get good Scores.

Dear Mister Dev,

this isnt a feature anymore its just a bug and really anyoing:

People start joining and are spamming molotov on teammates to get kills. They farm KDR this way. Its not a feature its a bug at this point.

Please make Teamkills equivalent to Practicemode... So if you teamkill you get - $. I say make it -300$ per teamkill.

Also dont let it count as a kill this straight up rewards a bad teammate that will betray you by killing you...

Also to prevent spamming make it: If you do 10 teamkills you get kicked out of the server. Not banned. Kicked.
